INTERNATIONAL JOB AND SCHOLARSHIP!
God has turned my mourning into dancing. Praise the Lord! My name is Elsie Christine from Kenya, and I am here to give all glory, honor, and praise to God for what He has done in my life.

I started the year with specific prayer requests: a better job, a scholarship, the opportunity to travel abroad, a new home, a car, an opportunity for my partner to work abroad, and my brother’s salvation. I worshipped, I praised, and I danced before the Lord, trusting fully in His Word.

Although months passed nothing seemed to be changing, but I held on to the assurance that when God shows up, He shows off.

I attended the Battle Axe Retreat held in Kenya together with the Worship workshop, still trusting God and knowing He will do exceedingly more than I could ever ask for.

Around Sept, my partner received an international opportunity to work abroad. He reported to his new role abroad, teaching in a prestigious school. To God be the glory.

In that same period, I was waiting for the results of a particular interview results. And truly, nothing is too big for our God. Pastor Lawrence mentioned that some of us will carry our job testimonies; that our lives will never be the same again after the BAR retreat.

After the retreat, and after attending Rhema Feast with Apostle Joshua Selman and Hallelujah Challenge I believed and at Gid’s appointed and beautiful time, I received the call I waited for so dearly: “Congratulations. We are pleased ….I don’t think I heard anything else apart from the remuneration I was to receive monthly which is more than double of what I was earning!” That is how I stepped into an international role in a global organization, positioned to grow, learn, and showcase the gifts God has graciously placed in me.

Days later still trusting and believing God, I received a call confirming that I had been awarded a fully funded MBA scholarship. A whole master’s degree, paid for in full. Only Jesus can do this, and all the Glory, Honor, and Praise to HIS name!

I stand here to say: Thank You, Jesus. Truly, no one who trusts in Him ever fails. He has done exceedingly, abundantly above all I could ask, think, or imagine, and I know He is not done with me yet.

In Jesus’ name, I have testified. To HIM alone be all the glory! All the honor, and All the praise in Jesus Name, Amen.
