I want to thank God for BAR Homecoming 2026. I desired to attend this retreat in person as I did last year but when I realised I couldn’t, I was concerned that I won’t be as blessed as attending in person. However, it’s been shifts upon shift already for me.

On Day 1 morning, as the prayers began, there was such a shift in the atmosphere in my home. I experienced fresh fire and I was baptised with new tongues and hunger. The rate at which jolts of spiritual energy hit me over and over again was way beyond my expectation. I began to get reminder and second chances of instructions I had long forgotten. I receive grace to run this time without stopping.

Secondly, I run an intercessory group for women majorly within Australia. The fire yesterday was not ordinary. It was tangible I have been at this mountain just after 1 session. The impact was instant. My life has shifted forever.

Thirdly, I had been believing God for financial breakthrough. I have a traditional food catering business. Business has been quite slow and at some point 5 months ago, I stopped posting it online. On this mountain, I posted my business on my whatsapp status, and I got 3 orders within 5 hours. I prepared more than was needed for 1 of the orders and posted there was a surplus. Within 30mins, someone placed an order to take it. I have never had near that much order and speed as I have since this retreat.

Finally, while I was at church tonight for prayer meeting, a woman walked up to me asking if I needed anything, I said I was good and didn’t need anything at the moment. She had squeezed 200 dollars into my hands on Sunday without asking her so I was not even thinking of asking for anything. She kept pressing but I instisted I have everything I need, nevertheless, she squeezed another 200 dollars into my hands saying “We’ll see on Sunday. But if you ever need anything, please reach out. I need to be sure that you and bub is well taken care of”. Just thinking about it now, makes me realise that God has so blessed me on this mountain, I am very thankful. I’m so excited for all the blessings that each session has in store for me.
