Hmmm, where do I start from.
Hello Davids, my name is Tomi.
I give God the glory first. Before 2025 BAR was announced at all, I was in a state where I was crying to God for help and He told me to go to Ibadan and attend BAR, I was like how?, and then few days later a friend posted it on her status and I was like God, so I registered. I am still grateful I attended. A week before BAR last year August God blessed me with a student (a trainee) and this year also another trainee a week before bar though I had a trainee in between but I see a pattern because I told them the same thing that ( I’m going for a retreat and they have to wait till I return before they resume and they agreed).
Second one is that, this year, I was listening to daddy (Pastor Lawrence Gomba Oyor) during a mid-week service and I prayed a prayer for visibility for my business and few weeks after the mother of one of my newly admitted trainees called me that she have a customer coming from UK and she need some clothes that she can wear during her stay in Nigeria and she recommended me even though I just started this tailoring work after I learnt it for just 3months in 2015 without for once have a day practice and with the help of YouTube I started again in 2024, I was scared to take the job but I’m a very daring individual that I negotiated prices that I thought she won’t be able to pay for just simple Ankara styles. I got the job by the help of the Holy Spirit helping me on what to say to her. She paid part payment for the job to start, I have a tailor with me at the time that I rented out a space in my shop to, I told her that I have a job for her because she was more experienced than me and I was given 2 weeks to deliver but God helped us, we finished it all in one week. 14 different dresses. After I paid her, she was shocked because she wasn’t expecting such amount.
Earlier before then I was saying that I needed a sewing machine at home that I will find money to join the balance to buy one and when the woman came back for her clothes she brought another sets of Ankara to sew and I was able to complete the money for my sewing machine. When I told the lady that worked with me she was surprised that I said it some weeks ago that I needed a sewing machine and I’m already buying it even though I still paid her for the second batch of sewing. I give God the glory
My third testimony is that I have been asking God for retentive memory because I easily forget things that it affected me during my exams and after yesternight’s retreat, my sister asked me about my dad’s eye medication and I told her I can’t remember and instantly I began to type them including the carton colors.
Also I noticed I was able to remember the things that daddy (Pastor Lawrence Gomba Oyor) said without looking at my book.
I also noted that I just knew the correct words spoken during the confessions immediately even after I have heard the wrong word or sentence from the audio.
I’m still coming with more testimonies this week.
Thank you God and thank you daddy (Pastor Lawrence Gomba Oyor).
